Leon Pellicer - President
Leon Pellicer is the Founding Partner of REculture Hospitality, blending elite luxury standards with global tech leadership to transform consulting and recruitment. His distinguished career features executive management at Forbes 5-Star icons like Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Mandarin Oriental, where he spearheaded premier resort openings worldwide and scaled global culinary ventures alongside 3-Michelin-star chefs. Further cementing his authority on service excellence, Leon also served as an incognito evaluator for the Forbes Travel Guide, anonymously assessing luxury hotels, restaurants, and spas across The Americas. He later translated this operational mastery to Silicon Valley, directing Global Corporate Hospitality Programs for Google and Apple across the entire Americas region. Today, Leon leverages his profound multicultural versatility and strategic vision to assemble award-winning teams, optimize organizational performance, and connect exceptional, game-changing talent with world-class brands.
Nicole Miller - Founder
Nicole is a luxury hotel veteran and former Forbes Travel Guide auditor. She offers over 18 years of experience as an executive director of luxury hotel brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and St Regis Hotels. Her main focus is in Rooms Division Operations and she offers a specialty in Luxury Hotel Spas. She has worked on the corporate team for St Regis Hotels in new builds and transitions as an expert in the spa division as lead project manager, operations director and spa concept and design innovator. In the last ten years of her career, she has had the opportunity to recruit for hospitality's finest and lead multiple projects of over $750+ million builds as a Hotel Consultant and project manager for Reculture LLC. Last year Reculture LLC placed over $8M in salaries in the luxury hotel sector, largely led with Nicole's direction.
